Paul Totten joined United Way Centraide Canada in 2010 and is currently the Chief Operating Officer. In this role, he is responsible for identifying technology solutions, as well as the management of UWCC’s facilities. In addition, his experience in business process management has him involved in a variety of projects across the organization.
Prior to joining UWCC, Paul was a business operation and IT professional, working with major telecommunications companies. Over his 26 years of data and telecommunications networking experience, he has been involved with all aspects of delivering and supporting mission-critical applications, services and systems. Immediately prior to joining UWCC, Paul managed an international team of consultants, focused on working with major corporations to enhance and improve their call centres, networks and business processes.
In addition to his professional work experience, Paul is actively involved in his community, having continuously been a leader with Scouts Canada in a variety of roles since 1980.
