Will Thornburrow is an experienced senior leader and creative problem solver with a passion for navigating through complexity. Will is currently the Head of Strategy and Business Operations at Intuit Canada. Prior to his current role, Will built his career in the management consulting space, spending time driving client engagements at both Boston Consulting Group and Accenture, including rewarding work in the not-for-profit space.

Through Will’s past work with United Way (both in Ottawa and Toronto), he’s been fortunate to have the chance to present at both United Way Centraide Canada and United Way Worldwide conferences.

Previously, Will proudly served on the Next Generation Board of Directors with United Way of Greater Toronto, and was later selected as the GenNext Cabinet Co-Chair to lead the 2015/2016 term. He also served on the Campaign Committee for the organization in Toronto (2015) and in that same year, was the recipient of the 2015 Ontario Volunteer Service Award, which recognized his contributions to United Way.

Will holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Queen’s University as well as an MBA from Yale University. He currently lives and works in Toronto with his wife, Rachel, and remains interested in local causes as well as the growth of United Way Centraide Canada. In particular, Will is passionate about financial literacy and aims to drive progress on this topic through both his professional and personal endeavors.
