Chris McPhee is a Managing Director at Accenture, where he specializes in Digital & Data Transformations within the Canada Public Service. In this role, Chris leads Strategy & Consulting for the Federal Public Service, working closely with public service organizations to innovate and implement digital solutions that enhance the experiences of both citizens and employees.

Chris brings a wealth of expertise in areas such as Digital Service Design, Enterprise Value, Technology Advisory, Talent & Organization, and Applied Intelligence. He also provides strategic advice on Data, Analytics, and AI, guiding clients on their journey to becoming Data Powered Enterprises. These services empower organizations to make more informed decisions and deliver superior service to their constituents.

Living in Ottawa, Chris has developed a passion for community building. He has held roles as the Corporate Citizenship Lead with Accenture as well as served as a member of various Cabinets with United Way.

While at work, Chris is focused on being an authentic and transparent leader to his clients and colleagues so that when he is not at work, he can focus on the most important job of being an involved and supportive parent to a young family.
