Helen Blackburn is a semi-retired Executive Consultant at Coast Capital Savings where she was previously Chief Financial Officer and Chief Strategy & Innovation Officer.  She has been involved in the United Way Centraide movement for over fifteen years, previously serving on the Board of United Way BC, and as Chair of the Early Childhood Development Provincial Partnership.

She has extensive experience in cooperative and member-based financial services, previously holding senior executive positions at Pacific Blue Cross, Central 1 Credit Union, Credential Financial Inc. and Northwest & Ethical Funds. She has served on the Boards of Credential Financial Inc., Central 1 Trust Company and Guardian Ethical Management.

Helen is a Chartered Professional Accountant and Business in Vancouver 40 under 40 award recipient.  Active in the community, she currently serves on the Board of Vancouver Foundation and is a past Board member of E-Comm 911 and The Fraser Health Authority.
